Find Library Materials


If you have questions about the changes in how some Interlibrary Loans are done or about the status of your request, please contact our Interlibrary Loan staff: 250-847-3043

PLEASE READ...

Before requesting your Interlibrary loan:

  1. First check our catalogue to see if the title is available locally.

    Interlibrary loans requests are available for books NOT held in one of the North Coast Library Federation libraries. Holdings of all North Coast Federation Libraries are visible in our catalogue.    IL Connect banner.jpg

    • See HERE for how to borrow items from other North Coast Federation libraries.
  2. Ensure you will be available to pick up the book when it arrives.
  3. Limit your requests to 3 books only.

    Only print material (books) are available through Interlibrary loan. See IL Connect banner.jpgfor other formats.

  4. Please do not request newly published books.

    Interlibrary loans can be requested for books published one year or more ago.

  5. If this is your first time requesting an Interlibrary Loan, see the help topics below to learn how to use the Interlibrary loan catalogue and submit your request.
  6. Ask staff for assistance if you have any questions.
  7. When ready, click on the Outlook Online Bannerbanner above to request your book...

After reading the instructions below, click on the Outlook Online icon at the top of the page to access the catalogue or ask library staff to place the request for you.
